Delta Sigma Chi FEZ
Thank you to Mrs. Gail Oglesbee, RN (retired, 37 years) – The ULTIMATE DELT WIFE with her AWESOME seamstress skills, for reproducing these. I remember the day well, showing her my fez - made by Mary Marshall (wife of Brother Ray (Brother SPOCK) Marshall - when she said ‘I COULD DO THAT’! Since then, she has made dozens of these by hand cutting felt fabric for the grey letter and red felt caps. A reproduction of this item, attempting to honor its original construction, based on old photographs, and my OWN fez, constructed in the early 90’s. Many, MANY photos of Delt Brothers exist since our inception wearing this ICONIC piece! Much effort has gone into honoring it’s original design. The item in its many constructions, over the decades, is only to be worn by for Delta Sigma Chi 4TH DEGREE BROTHERS. An official accessory. Please use a ‘tailors tape’ on your head determine the correct size. Since it is a sized item, if it does not fit right, please work with me to get it correct.
